    Mail carriers from Japan to India and the United Kingdom have announced they are pausing shipments to the U.S. for now. It comes in response to an executive order recently signed by President Trump, ending an exemption that had allowed goods under $800 to come into the U.S. without extra charges. NBC News’ Brian Cheung reports.
